A Residential Property Paralegal is required to join a well regarded law firm in Tamworth.

The Residential Paralegal vacancy within the Property team has become available due to the firms continued growth. The role will involve assisting 2 fee earners on their varied caseload of Residential Property files.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well regarded regional law firm. The role will involve assisting on a caseload of sales, purchases, transfers of equity, equity release and remortgages, both registered and unregistered

Knowledge of the Conveyancing Process
Keeping both a Paper and Case Management System
Land Registry Searches and Preparation of contracts
Drafting of Transfers and Completion statements
Dealing with telephone enquires and diary management

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading law firms in Tamworth who offer excellent training and development opportunities for their conveyancing paralegals. Applicants will be only be considered who have a minimum 12 months Residential Conveyancing Paralegal experience.
