Job Details
I am looking to recruit an experienced Employment lawyer / legal exec to under take a contract for 6 months in the Sheffield area.
My client are looking for candidates that can conduct and manage all aspects of your caseload, including taking appropriate daily decisions involving considerable exercise of judgment.
You will have a sound knowledge of employment law and the ability to conduct cases from beginning to end.
You will be required to undertake advocacy in the Employment Tribunal including preliminary hearings and where necessary may be required to carry out advocacy in full hearings up to 2 days.
Most of the case load is claimant files but there are a few respondent files that need working on.
This role is initially for 6 months but has the potential to be extended for a further 6 months.

Candidates for this role must be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience and have a current practicing certificate.
