In-House Construction Solicitor
Douglas Scott are currently seeking a Junior Construction Solicitor for a new In-House opportunity in Manchester City Centre.
Our client is a sizeable Property Development business operating throughout the UK. They are seeking an ambitious UK qualified Construction Solicitor to join their small, busy team. Solicitors with both contentious and non-contentious experience will be considered, although the role will be predominantly non-contentious (tender contracts, main contracts, warranties etc). The role offers an excellent opportunity to act across all areas of Construction including contracting, sub-contracting, development and investment - so for Solicitors looking to make a move in-house and still undertake a broad mix of transactional work this is an excellent choice. You'll work closely with the Head of Legal and be supported in your development by an experienced team which has been established for a number of years.
The client is happy to consider qualified Solicitors from NQ - 5 years PQE. Experience of standard contracts including JCT, NEC3, FIDIC is desired, and the team also drafts a number of bespoke agreements.
Send a CV to be considered immediately or feel free to get in touch with Nick Barrass to discuss further details.
