Senior Associate Solicitor - Employment Law - Oxford

Legal 500 and chambers listed law firm - Excellent benefits package within a modern and expanding firm that is well known for the positive progression and development of their staff.

The successful candidate will be advising on the full range of mainly respondent employment law matters, both contentious and non contentious.

The department enjoys an excellent reputation in this area of law and attracts a regular flow of excellent quality work into the firm from an impressive client base across a broad range of sectors.

The successful candidate will have a background of working in the area of employment law at a city, national or large regional practice. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in employment law matters and will be at senior associate level currently or will be looking to make the step up to a senior level role.

In addition to the fee earning side of things you will play an active role in the business development activities of the firm and department in order to continue to develop the reputation of the employment law team.

The firm will offer a good salary which will be dependent on experience (the salaries attached to this advertisement are for guide purposes only) and will be a part of a superb benefits package.
