A new role has arisen for a proactive employment lawyer to join a well-established team to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will work on a varied caseload for both employers and employees from advising and negotiating settlement agreements to bringing and defending employment tribunal claims.
The successful candidate will have at least 2-4PQE and strong academics, coupled with evidence of good quality work gained from a well-regarded national or regional law firm.
You will have good experience of drafting contracts of employment and sound understanding of employment policies and procedures.
