The role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Housing Development Solicitor into their Winchester, Hampshire office.

This nationally recognised Housing and Regeneration department is well known for the quality of work they deal with. The department feeds from the firm's fantastic reputation, dealing with development and construction work across all sectors. you will be working on a range of cases, consisting of social housing developments and social care clients.

In this position you will be working alongside commercially minded solicitors/partners whilst running your own caseloads. Whilst there is a plethora of work to service, you will be encouraged to develop your own, really putting your name out there.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

The role

• You will be a Housing Development Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have good technical knowledge
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
