Job Details
We have an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a firm in Chester with a strong regional offering that has been growing rapidly.
You will therefore be joining a successful team where there is plenty of support as well as opportunity to further build your career.
The team set up will also enable this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to be supported both with administration matters, as well as being supported by senior management within the business to grow this offering and there will also be an opportunity to manage a small team of conveyancers too. There will also be a caseload of matters for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to pick up and these matters will include the full spectrum; Sales, Purchases, Right to Buy, Help to Buy, Buy to Let and New Build etc.
This is a great opportunity to join a firm who are looking for an integral member of their Residential Conveyancing team. There will be scope for this successful candidate to progress through the business too and a competitive salary is also on offer.
The firm are ideally looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who has at least 3 years PQE and the skill set to manage a team.
