The role

The firm are currently seeking to hire a Housing Solicitor into their thriving Winchester, Hampshire office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal 500 housing client team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

This role will see you dealing with a hands-on caseload, with lots of client contact. You will deal with; Housing Litigation, Housing and asset management, Landlord and tenant act, Disrepair cases, Anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Housing Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and applications are invited from the most experienced candidates as the team is growing)
• You will have good technical credentials and a passion for housing work
• You will work well in a team and have excellent communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
