The Role

Because this firm is expanding, they are looking for a 5+ Years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Reading, Berkshire office.

You will take on and work with a varied workload of contentious and non-contentious commercial property matters including; acquisitions and disposals, developments, estate management, commercial lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), dilapidation claims, service charge disputes and rent recovery. The team consist of top billing performers, working closely to deliver a first-class service to a very loyal and exciting client base. This is a great opportunity to come and join a team that is experiencing a boom period.
