Job Details
A well respected and friendly local law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a 3 year PQE Solicitor to deal with Children's Law matters in the Coventry area. Having been in business for nearly 100 years, this firm is well known amongst their Warwickshire and West Midlands clients. They deal with a broad range of individuals and enjoy a lot of repeat, and even generational, business. This particular role involves undertaking LAA publicly funded matters. One to one Secretary to Fee Earner support is provided and all fee earners will be provided with their own room. There is an existing caseload and on top of this the successful candidate will ideally be happy to generate further business. Progression towards Children Panel membership will be supported. Career development is encouraged, with many of their partners promoted from within. There is a growing need for succession planning so advancement could potentially be relatively quick for the right candidate. IT systems are up to date and the firm is moving towards a cloud based solution. They are modern in this regard and all their branches are connected. The firm is active in the local community and they organise various charity events throughout the year. Networking in order to maintain and grow general presence will be appreciated. It can't be overstated how supportive this firm is. There is a wealth of knowledge possessed by the Partners and Associates and this is shared freely.
