An opportunity for a Solicitor with Development expertise to join a Residential team within a top 50 firm in Liverpool City Centre. You will be working with clients on a range of projects including PLC and regional housebuilders, mixed-use developers, investors through as well as build to rent and regeneration.
The legal firm is recognised as an experienced leader in this sector.

They are looking to appoint a new Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience to join the Liverpool office.

About the role
With significant growth in this sector & a list of major clients and panel appointments, you would be joining an established team. The team is focused on development work and on high value residential development and investment projects. Plenty of opportunities for client contact and you will be encouraged to develop new business, attend client events, produce articles for publication and marketing activities.

Your background
The right candidate must have development expertise and your proven track record.
In addition, you will be able to offer first-class commercial advice and have an insight into the sector.
You will be a resilient lawyer and used to a fast-paced environment.
