I am pleased to have the opportunity to work with a growing high street practice for their Commercial Property Solicitor vacancy based in their Lewisham office.
The firm have exciting expansion plans with the view to open a further office in the coming months to add to the two that they currently have. There is a real family vibe within the firm and a great work/life balance is on offer as well as a level of flexibility. The firm are seen as the 'go to' for local businesses and have a strong presence in the community. Due to the current partner's intention of stepping down in the near future, this opportunity presents the chance to take over at Partner level and be responsible for the running, development and future of the firm if you are successful.
The ideal candidate will be coming from a leading high street practice or regional firm and looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career with Partnership being genuinely achievable within the next couple of years. You will be initially taking on a Commercial Property case load from a recent leaver but you will also be responsible for bringing in new business to the firm as they look to expand. As such, you will need strong experience within Commercial Property and excellent client facing skills.
