My client is a top Birmingham firm who are consistently ranked in the legal 500 as leaders in their field. They are currently seeking a Construction Litigation Solicitor to join a thriving team who are known for the level of work they undertake.
As a highly regarded and respected law firm my client is recognised as a leading player within the legal services market.
They provide their clients with unique solutions in all aspects of construction litigation law such as dealing with proceedings in the TCC, alternative dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation and the resolution of claims under the pre-action protocol for construction and engineering disputes.
As a successful candidate you will have:
* Recently qualified solicitor with experience in construction litigation
* Some knowledge of FIDIC and NEC would be an advantage;
* Excellent academics and training.
There are excellent prospects for progression within this role and within the firm as a whole.
