Job Details
I am looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join my clients clinical negligence team in Manchester initially on a 12 month contract.
You will be able to run a varied caseload of litigated and non-litigated clinical negligence cases. You will have the opportunity to represent clients who have suffered injuries, for example, as a result of prescription/dispensing errors, dental treatment, delayed diagnoses and substandard medical treatment including surgery
I am looking for candidates;
At least 2 years' case handling experience
Assessing and advising on a range of clinical negligence claims
Great knowledge of personal injury/clinical negligence
Be a team player
Enjoy engaging in marketing and business development opportunities.
