SENIOR CIVIL LITIGATION LAWYER NEEDED FOR LOCAL AUTHORITY AROUND BRADFORD AREA

LAW Absolute are recruiting for a client based in the North West who  looking for a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their organisation. Our client is seeking Lawyers with previous experience within this field but not essential.

If experienced, the successful candidate should have the following knowledge:

• To provide legal advice and services to client organisations on a wide range of litigation matters, including prosecutions and civil actions, judicial review and employment matters to ensure compliance with statutory duties and obligations and to protect the best interests of the client organisations,
• To attend courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required.

The caseload is wide ranging and includes insolvency cases (bankruptcy and winding up  petitions), possession cases, debt (claimant and defendant)  contractual disputes, maybe a small element of personal injury work.
