Job Details
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join a British multinational information technology company based in Cambridge.
This role has a strong international focus, and the successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to the business across a range of issues including commercial contracts, regulatory and compliance. The ideal candidate will have good commercial experience, whether gained an in-house or in practice, ideally including IT/Software commercial contracts and preferably sales partner contracts.
You will be able to progress a wide variety of projects whilst balancing competing interests and remaining abreast of and compliant with current contract law developments. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relations within the team, along with a commercial approach.
