Job Details
This successful team carries out a broad range of work predominantly focusing on non-contentious restructuring assignments, however, they do work closely with the LDR department on contentious matters.
As a restructuring & insolvency solicitor, you will be advising lenders, insolvency practitioners and boards of directors on a daily basis, as well as supporting other departments across the firm.
To be successful:
- Experience in both contentious and non-contentious restructuring
- Previous experience with insolvency and turnaround work
- Be able to offer advice and assistance around security reviews, CVA's, administrations and liquidations
- You will be a driven self-starter
You will be based in the firm's brand new York-based office, however, you will also travel to meetings, court (when required) and other offices on occasions.
