The role

This highly reputable Hampshire firm are looking for an experienced Real Estate solicitor to join their team based in Southampton, Hampshire.

In this role you will be working alongside incredibly commercially minded solicitors who whilst are incredibly knowledgeable, they are also supportive and sympathetic. As a result of the firms fantastic network of clients in the region, you will be dealing with caseloads of a broad and dynamic nature, varying in size and complexity.

Specifically, you will be dealing with both landowners and developers, plot sales, secured lending and planning agreements. You will be working within a highly experienced department who offer a genuine path to career progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Development Solicitor and you will be ideally 3+ years PQE
• You will be ambitious and driven.
• You will have experience in running your own property caseloads
• You will receive an above-market rate salary, dependant on experience
