Commercial Property Solicitor.

An opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen at this property specialist in London. The office is in a vibrant location, which is on the boundary of Central and North London.
 
You will be part of a close-knit team, handling quality and high-value caseload on behalf of a range of clients in the London market. 

To succeed in this Commercial Property Solicitor application, you will:
  • Be a UK qualified Solicitor with 5 or more years' post qualification experience
  • Have recent and relevant experience dealing with Commercial Property transactions, i.e. leases of shops and hotels
  • Be ambitious, personable, and have a client service level focus
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will gain exposure to the leisure and hospitality sectors within this picturesque area of London. You will typically be dealing with complex commercial property matters which will include commercial properties such as shops and hotels. This work will be both challenging and have a varied caseload.
