Lexcel accredited firm in Kent seeks a dynamic Family Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented lawyer to undertake a rewarding caseload of family matters in our client’s thriving practice located in the Canterbury area. The successful applicant will also be required to participate in networking and marketing events.

• Pre-marital advice
• Cohabitation matters
• Divorce
• Separation
• Financial settlement
• Schedule 1 Children Act claims
• Private children matters
• Injunctive proceedings
• Conducting advocacy

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with two to three years’ PQE
• Experience in family law is essential
• Ideally accredited by Resolution and/or possess specialist family accreditations
• Excel in communication both verbally and written
• Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Demonstrate a flair for business development and networking
