A NQ - 2 year Commercial Property Solicitor is now required for an market leading commercial firm based in Chelmsford. The Commercial Property Solicitor will join a highly regarded Real Estate team with a quality work load of mixed Commercial Property and Agriculture matters. This is an exciting role for a junior Solicitor who wants to join one of the best Real Estate teams outside of London.

This is a fantastic role for a junior solicitor to work with an experienced full service Real Estate team that will provide ongoing support and that encourages fast development and progression - Excellent training will be provided. You will build up to managing your own caseload gaining experience across a broad range of agricultural and commercial property matters, including large and complex transactions. You will be support the Partners and work with an impressive portfolio of clients - great experience for a junior solicitor who wants to progress quickly.

The successful solicitor will ideally be NQ - 2 years, ideally with a seat or some experience in Commercial Property. It is expected that you will be a committed individual that is looking for a progressive career in Agricultural property.
