Job Details
Are you an experienced conveyancer? Do you have experience of managing a caseload of residential property sales and purchase transactions?
If so, my client is a small practice in the Swinton area of Manchester looking to add to their established close-knit team. This role is ideal for those at either licensed (CLC) or those qualified through experience and have the ability to manage their own caseload of both sale and purchase transactions of a mixed caseload of both leasehold and freehold properties on a non-volume basis.
Ideally, you will have proven experience of working to tight deadlines as with any conveyancing role and have the ability to provide high-levels of client care and meet them face-to-face.
Salary on offer will be dependant on level of experience for those who are non-qualified but as a guide range from £25 to £35k or more for those who are qualified.
