Residential Conveyancer - Winchester - 2yrs+ PQE £35000+

An opportunity to work with one of the city's most established firms dealing with some very high profile property transactions.

They have managed to maintain all of the very best attributes of a tradditional practice perfectly balanced with everything that today's client would expect of a modern law firm ensuring provision of the very best advice in an efficient and timely manner.

The residential property team are able to offer a host of riches in the form of some highly experienced solicitors several of whom are London trained at high profile firms. This has allowed the team to provide the execeptional levels of service and provide confidence to their clients in turn securing work on very high profile and often high net-worth property transactions. With the average house price in the area exceeding £500K and in a fast moving market for sought after property efficiency and quality in the conveyancing process are of the utmost importance. The department's reputation has also allowed them to secure business both locally and regionally as well as also working with London based clients

The team are looking for a competent individual with experience of at least 2yrs+ PQE (or equivalent FCILEx) Solicitor in both leasehold and freehold residential matters. You will naturally be an ambitious individual who is keen to develop their own professional expertise further and have the foresight to identify issues on the horizon. You should be the type of individual who acts in a proactive manner on behalf of the client to ensure a smooth and trouble free property transaction.

You will benefit from being surrounded by a wealth of technical expertise within an established department providing all of the tools you require along with your own drive and ambition to excel and become equally established over time. Naturally you will be highly organised, client focused and an excellent communicator with the confidence to deal with estate agents, brokers, surveyors and others concerned parties to ensure successful client outcomes time after time.
