Job Details
Family Lawyer - A law firm in South East Kent has an opportunity for a full time family lawyer. The successful family lawyer will have at least 2 years PQE and be a qualified solicitor or legal executive. The Family lawyer role will involve providing range of family legal services, including pre-marital advice, cohabitation, divorce/separation, financial settlement including Schedule 1 Children Act claims, private children and injunctive proceedings. Skills will including be able to undertake advocacy, be collaboratively trained and be a mediator with, ideally, family accreditations.
Salary to £40,000.
