Your new role
This leading firm advise a range of local, national and International clients on all aspects of Construction to include standard JCT and international contracts as well as construction disputes. You will:

  • Assist with providing accurate, relevant and specific legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Seek a great understanding of the client industries - increase commercial awareness
  • Representing clients, in both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Promoting the services and reputation of the team and firm
  • Continually seeking growth opportunities
  • Taking responsibility for personal development
  • To proactively participate/contribute with the team & firm

What you'll need to succeed
Applications are invited from Construction Solicitors with 0 - 3 years PQE gained at a leading International, National or strong Regional firm. If you are newly qualified you will likely have completed a Construction seat within your Training Contract. You should be able to show:

  • An aptitude, interest and knowledge of Construction and have more general Commercial Property experience
  • Demonstrate contentious and non-contentious construction law
  • Strong technical capability
  • Work as part of a team
  • Be willing to build strong, trusting and long-term relationships with clients and introducers
  • Have a natural enthusiasm and interest in Business Development
  • Have excellent time management and verbal and written skills

The firm holds a strict academic requirement policy of A/B's at A'level and minimum of 2:1 LLB
