My Client is a well regraded law firm in Manchester who is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal candidate from a Real Estate background, preferably with strong academics to join the property team with a view to becoming a trainee solicitor. You will have completed the LPC and have spent at last 12 months in a commercial property paralegal role.

The position will be to work in Manchester in the Commercial property team who deal with a variety of property matters. The team manage an array of work in relation to commercial property law including (but not limited to):

Commercial property acquisitions and/or development

Insolvency or distressed sales

Retail and Construction

Statutory Agreements

Corporate Due Diligence

Property Finance
