The Role

This firm are now looking for a Contentious Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their successful team and help service new client needs from their office in Swindon, Wiltshire.

You will join their Dispute Resolution team in Swindon but service needs across all their offices and work directly with the Senior Associate Solicitor on contentious will and probate claims from end-to-end. From the first day you will be running your own caseload, but you'll also get exposure to more complex estate disputes so it's a great opportunity to grow your skills and understanding further.

Requirements

• You will be a Wills & Probate Solicitor 5+ years PQE with experience of assisting in contentious wills and probate
• An understanding of basic Wills, Trusts and Estates would be an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in various key Contentious Probate areas
• You will need to be a self-starter who can still work as part of a close-knit team
• Show a willingness to help with business development & marketing of the department
