Your work will involve dealing with high volume civil litigation matters where experience in this area is essential due to the increasing instruction received. The work predominantly includes professional negligence claims relating to solar panel misrepresentation.

Leading and advising the North Shields team will take precedence over managing your own caseload where you have a strong understanding of the litigation process, including technical elements as well as managing complaints and cases that have been reported to financial advisory services.
 
The successful candidate will need to have in-depth knowledge of CPR, practice directions and associated case law. It is also a necessity that you have experience dealing with complex multiple defendant litigation. You will have ideally at least 4 years' PQE.
