Family Solicitor

Role: Permanent Family Fee Earner - (Solicitor or Legal Executive)

Location: North Yorkshire

Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a firm in North Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a solicitor and Head of department both within the family department. Both roles will be permanent roles.

The ideal candidates will have excellent knowledge and understanding of private family work.  We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE for the solicitor role and 8 years+ PQE for the head of department.

Applications will be considered from solicitors and legal executives however you must be confident handling a busy caseload of family law matters without supervision as well as heading up, leading and developing the family team for the head of department role.

Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Divorce

- Ancillary relief

- Private Children law

- Separation agreements

- Co habitation agreements
