The firm operate on a global platform and clients at the higher end include sovereign wealth funds and a significant number of real estate private equity investors. With such a broad range of clients there is an abundance of work requiring a diverse team of legal expertise which can provide and excellent training ground for an aspiring legal professional.

The real estate team boasts a wealth of knowledge and professional expertise. You will benefit from being part of a team lead by London trained partners who have covered all manner of complex and interesting matters within this sector. With first rate training and support as well as exposure to a broad range of matters covering commercial property investment and development work the opportunity to significantly improve your own professional expertise should not be underestimated.

The role itself will provide challenge and development with exposure to work covering property acquisitions, disposals and financings (including but not limited to producing title packs, arranging pre-contract searches and dealing with replies to enquiries, tenancy schedule verification, dealing with conditions precedent on financing transactions and post- completion matters. You will also assist with landlord and tenant transactions including drafting 1954 Act papers, licences to alter, assign or underlet and rent deposit deeds.

The role would suit an ambitious paralegal, ideally with some experience in the real estate sector. Having achieved your LPC would be viewed as highly advantageous but not a prerequisite for the role. Above all you should have excellent legal research skills, good drafting capabilities and excellent communication skills in all formats. A strong desire to succeed with focus and drive is essential.
