Your new role
I am seeking to recruit a talented Corporate Senior Associate/Associate/Solicitor to join their busy and growing corporate team in Reading, which has recently celebrated it's 3rd birthday and has a corporate team of 8 so far. The successful candidate will have solid corporate experience and a high level of technical ability. The role will involve working on a broad range of matters including share sale transactions (acting for sellers and buyers) and on business and asset transactions.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have 2+ years PQE and be a very personable, bright and confident individual. Having spent the early years of their career learning their craft, the successful candidate will be capable of producing an excellent standard of work whilst supervising others in the team. The ideal candidate will also enjoy marketing and business development activities. You will be a robust individual and will have the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level. You will also demonstrate the following attributes:

  • ability and willingness to learn

  • organised with time and documents
  • good IT skills
  • discretion and professionalism
