Real Estate NQ Solicitor - High Value Properties - West London

A national law firm is looking to recruit an NQ Real Estate Solicitor to its team at their head office in West London.

The work that this team deals with is high value and often contains complex and challenging matters relating to real estate matters - so is a far cry from the high volume and process driven environment of other property teams.

The team acts on behalf of a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, investors and developers on the acquisition and disposal of sites for residential led and mixed use development (whether immediate or strategic) to include advising on restrictive covenants, easements, affordable housing, leases, planning and highways agreements and agreements for supply of services..

It is expected that you will a newly qualified solicitor having trained with a City, Regional or National practice and taken at least one seat within real estate work and as well as a good academic record. You should have the drive and enthusiasm to get involved in the business development activities of the firm to maintain and develop their top rate reputation.
