The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Criminal Solicitor to join their Lincoln office.

You will undertake a varied caseload of criminal matters, litigation and regulatory matters, where you will work directly with leading individuals.

Requirements

• Representing clients at Police Stations, Magistrates Courts (including out of hours) and at the Prison when necessary;
• Conducting Crown Court cases including advocacy;
• Attending police stations and courts throughout the area; and
• Representing clients and taking client calls outside of normal working hours.
