Our reputable client is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Legal Executive to join there busy team within Liverpool.
The client is within the top 30 law firms within the UK and has offices across the UK. They have a fantastic reputation due to level of service they deliver and high quality work they complete. The role of Real Estate Legal Executive will require the successful candidate to have the qualities stated below:
You must be a Qualified Legal executive
Have at least 2 years' experience within Real Estate as minimum
Experience of - Secured Borrowing and Lending, portfolio transaction work, landlord and tenant matters, site set-up and plot sales
Strong knowledge of Residential Development/Regeneration work.
Confidence with public speaking
Represent the firm to the highest standard
