The role:

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their office in Norfolk.

You will join a Legal 500-tiered department, that is recognised for their high-grade work with a variety of sectors and clients. This departments reach is on a national scale and they work with SMEs, national developers and household names.

The successful individual will take on a Commercial Property focused caseload of matters such as: the buying and selling of property, property finance, developments, acquisitions and disposals, advice on development potential, landlord and tenant, licenses and some agricultural work.

You will work alongside experienced lawyers, seeing how they have developed the department and their client base.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 0 - 2 years PQE
• If you are newly qualified, then a seat in Commercial Property is required
• You should have excellent technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• You will have experience with business development and be good at developing and maintaining client relationships
