The role

The firm is seeking a Plot Sales / Residential Development Solicitor to be based out of their West End office.

Property is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly experienced Commercial Property / Development team. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Plot Sales, Development, Acquisitions for development and Residential Development, acting for developers of both Plc and private companies in connection with commercial property acquisitions and extensive multi-purpose developments.

This role comes with great prospects to progress up the ranks, working closely with market leading Partners.

Requirements:

• You will be a Plot Sales / Residential Development Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE
• You will deal with quality work, working alongside a highly-regarded team
• A passion for property work is key

• Salary is negotiable and dependent on your level of experience
