The Role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor into their Bristol, Somerset office.

The private client department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.

Contentious Probate is a growing area for the firm, with plans to grow further over the next 24 months. You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, working alongside a Partner, dealing with a high-quality caseload of; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Trusts & Probate Solicitor with between 1-6 years PQE
• You will have a strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills are essential
