RTA Fee Earner (Housing Re-Train Opportunity)
Fantastic chance for an RTA Fee Earner to join this niche local practice based in Preston with plenty of development & progression opportunities. There will also be the chance to re-train and deal with Housing Disrepair work once you have settled within the firm and comfortable with the manner of work.
You will need to have gained 1 years' experience of managing RTA independently and be able to manage a litigated caseload. The majority of work will be personal injury based however there will also be credit hire matters that need dealing with. Initially you will be running an RTA caseload with the intention to deal with Housing Disrepair work around the 6 month mark.
You will be expected to run circa 180 matters with both Portal & Non-Portal matters, so experience of Portal work will be advantageous. .
