The Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor NQ - 3 years PQE to join a busy department in Pinner, Middlesex.

The Residential Property team has excellent relationships with agents and brokers and workflow has significantly increased in recent months. You will work as part of a friendly, professional, and highly experienced team.

You will deal with your own high-quality caseload closely with agents and third parties on all aspects of sales and purchases, leasehold and freeholds, exchanges and completions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

This role comes with good prospects for progression.

The Requirements

• You will be an ILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor NQ - 3 PQE with experience in Conveyancing
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• Salary is negotiable and depending on your background
