Job Details
My client is a widely respected regional Legal 500 firm known for sector-specific work, in particular, servicing clients in the public sector.
This employment solicitor role will largely provide a caseload of respondent matters concerning drafting various employment & HR documents, advising on various employee matters, general employment queries, as well as some contentious matters concerning employment tribunals.
You will be running your own caseload which, while support is available, you will be expected to administer with minimal supervision. Technical competency and client focus are paramount in this role and you should be able to demonstrate examples of both at interview.
