A rare and exceptional opportunity has arisen within a boutique London practice that is looking for an established business immigration solicitor to kick start the department.

The firm currently has a steady stream of work from its on-going marketing and would like an excellent solicitor who can do this work and in addition, grow the department.
 
This firm has an influx of work and is presently outsourcing this work externally. Typical matters relating to business immigration - Tier 4, Tier 5, sponsor licence support, citizenship applications, work visas and company restructuring to name just a few. 
 
The ideal senior business immigration solicitor will have experience working with high net worth individuals with millions of pounds of funds, whether it be for the set up of a business of their own, or investing into UK businesses.
 
This role could also appeal to a sole practitioner who is looking to transfer their current skills into a bigger firm.
 
You will need to have the following attributes to be considered:

• 5 years' PQE as a minimum
• Self-sufficient and able to manage your own workload, including business development and marketing
• Hold a real enthusiasm for immigration law and achieving the best possible results for your clients
• Confident and used to dealing with affluent clientele
• A stable work history
• Have a network from which you can draw work or a "can-do" attitude to be able to develop one
