An opportunity with a well regarded regional firm to join as a Private Client Solicitor with particular focus on Wills & Probate work. Based in the Leicestershire area, this firm is conveniently located for commuter links to the wider East Midlands and beyond.

Due to business expansion and continuation of good quality work, an opportunity to work within the Private Client function as a Wills & Probate Solicitor, either on a full or part time basis has become available for strong candidates. Although the preferred candidate will have 4 years PQE experience, applications are being considered from all solicitors who have handled a caseload of Wills and Probate work.

Duties and responsibilities:

Handling a varied caseload of Wills, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, Court of Protection and estates
Developing business for the firm by networking locally
Assisting the partner and other team members with their caseloads

Based in modern premises, with local parking nearby and excellent transport links, this opportunity would suit solicitors with Wills & Probate experience in a traditional private practice environment.
