Employment Solicitor (Respondent)LeedsI am working with a fantastic Employment team at a leading practice in Leeds who are looking for a respondent Employment Solicitor (Associate 1-5 yrs PQE) to join them.This market leading team is one of the largest nationally and internationally dealing with large, complex matters for a number of well-known blue chip and FTSE listed clients across the full range of Employment law matters both contentious and non-contentious.The right candidate is likely to be around 1-5 years PQE and be comfortable carrying their own caseload and speaking to and advising high profile businesses and individuals. Those candidates with tribunal advocacy would be of extreme interest to the firm. You will be dealing with the full spectrum of matters from recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints.The firm would also consider those slightly outside of the stated PQE as long as they fit into the team and have the right level of experience.The firm is highly inclusive and has a non-stuffy and progressive environment that allows its lawyers to develop and thrive.
