Corporate Commercial Locum
West Midlands – Immediate Start – 3 month contract – Competitive rate
Our client, a successful and well renowned practice, is seeking a Corporate Commercial Locum for an immediate start to assist their busy team in the West Midlands.
The role is to cover for an absent fee earner and is expected to continue for a minimum of 3 months. The position offers an attractive daily rate dependent on experience, high quality work and the prospect of further extension.
The right candidate will be able to hit the ground running and handle a full caseload of Corporate Commercial matters to include mergers and acquisitions of businesses and a variety of commercial contracts and agreements. Applications are welcomed from experienced and meticulous Solicitors and Legal Executives with the requisite expertise and availability to start immediately or at very short notice.
The firm's offices are conveniently located with excellent transport links and free parking.
