THE COMPANY
A leading specialist global financier which provides bespoke financing solutions with a focus on property developments.
THE ROLE
A lawyer is now sought to join a small in house legal team.
You will be assisting on transaction work with a focus on real estate development financing projects within the UK and Western Europe.
The transaction team specialises in arranging mezzanine funding and joint venture relationships.
The successful candidate will be involved in each transaction from initial term stage to financial close.
ABOUT YOU
With 1-2pqe and strong academics, your experience is likely to include knowledge of private equity, banking, development finance, property finance and / or property law.
You will be self-driving and keen to work in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
