The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their flourishing department in Southampton, Hampshire

The Clinical Negligence team are nationally recognized as one of the leading departments in the South, and deal with a range of work including misdiagnosis, late diagnosis, misinterpretation, failing to follow up on a test, cosmetic negligence, amongst many other areas.

You will be equipped with the skills and support to business develop, to manage a complex and very interesting case load across businesses and developments both large and small, and service a client base that has been cultivated from years of being a top Clinical Negligence department on the South Coast.

This Role comes with excellent prospects for progression;

• You will be a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, ideally 5+ years PQE
• You will have an interest in business development
• You will have a high level of interpersonal communication skills
