Planning Solicitor – between £35 - £45 p/h dependent upon experience – South East Home Counties

Venn Group's specialist legal team are delighted to be recruiting for a Planning Solicitor for a large Local Authority based in the South East Home Counties.

The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for an initial period of 3 months due to an increased departmental workload. This is a full-time position but part-time will be considered.

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out various responsibilities but the majority of the work will be drafting and negotiating s106 agreements.

This role is offering up to £45 p/h dependent upon experience, possibly on an Outside IR35 basis.
