Litigation Lawyer - An opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigation solicitor or legal executive to join a well-established and well regarded firm situated on the Surrey/South London border.

About the Role
Our client is now looking for an additional technically strong and versatile litigation lawyer with a good background and understanding of dispute resolution. Working in a supportive atmosphere and with an excellent team you will be managing a busy and varied caseload, involving some complex High Court matters. This will include:
-        Employment litigation
-        Debt recovery matters
-        PI
-        Property matters, including L&T
-        Contract disputes
-        Insolvency and bankruptcy

Candidate Requirements
You will need to have a solid track record and at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably gained with a medium to large regional or City practice. Any previous experience within contentious probate would be desirable.
