Job Details
Personal Injury Lawyer - A personal Injury Lawyer is required by a Sheffield law firm. The personal injury lawyer will manage a full caseload of fast track RTA claims which have exited the MOJ Portal process at any stage.
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills
Personal injury litigation experience
Responsibilities:
Liability investigations and evidence gathering
Undertaking legal research
Instructing medical experts and Counsel
Attending on clients and witnesses to prepare statements
Assessing quantum and preparing schedules of loss
Preparing court papers
