The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their modern and newly refurbished Chelmsford office.

The Real Estate department is ranked highly in the legal 500, it deals with a high-quality of work, they often punch above their weight and deal with transactions that are for HNW individuals. You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.

You will deal with a broad range of industry sectors, making for a more interesting role. Clients include; commercial and residential developers, investors, retail and leisure operators, social housing bodies, major corporate occupiers, banks and other funders and a range of public sector bodies.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with between 2-6 years PQE
• You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
